You can now also access and view your results through the NHS app

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

Getting your test results

When you attend for a test of any kind you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results. The practice does not routinely notify patients of normal results, unless follow-up is required. You will be contacted to arrange an appointment if a clinician needs to discuss abnormal results with you.

All patients are encouraged to register for the NHS App, to allow them to view their results online. Occasionally a clinician may leave a comment on your results. These are visible in your NHS App.

The Practice Reception Team can guide you through accessing your results in the NHS App if you need help.

Alternatively, patients can call the practice after 11am for their results. If a clinician has left a comment on your results, the Receptionist can read this out for you.
