If you have never registered for online consultations then, 

You can do so by downloading the App as above and it will take you through the steps to create a login. Here you will need to upload ID documents such as your passport picture and details, or your driving licence, or a European Health card. 

If you have already registered for online services such as Patient Access, Evergreen, etc ….

then you can use the PIN information that would have been given to you at Reception when they checked your identity.  If you don't have your PIN and we have confirmation of your ID on record, we can reissue this if you contact the Reception team.
