Hurley and Riverside Practices: GP Patient Survey
The national GP patient survey has been sent by NHS England for 2023 to a cross section of patients. We encourage our patients if received, to complete the survey at your earliest convenience. The findings help to show what’s working and what needs to improve, and they help to identify inequalities in experience too.This will ensure that we are able to continue to improve patient experience within our practices.
Although most of you will receive the survey in the post we understand that you may also receive a text message including a unique link which allows you to take part online. If you receive an invitation, our practice would like you to fill out the questionnaire and have your say, so that they can deliver the best possible service to patients at Hurley and Riverside Practices.
